I was disappointed to see the price change after I clicked through to checkout. It just doesn’t feel right to show one price and then tack on extra fees at the end. Basic honesty goes a long way, and customers should know what they’re actually paying before they get that far.

These were frustrating. I put the strips on and within a few minutes they started peeling off. I was annoyed because I paid for something that basically didn’t do its job. Useless for me

I used this a few times and, to be fair, it seemed easy enough to use and I can see why people might like it. But my teeth got really sensitive fast, and now cold drinks are uncomfortable. It’s probably fine for some people, but I don’t think I’ll be using it again.

The products were fine, nothing really wrong there, but trying to change or cancel my subscription was annoying. I had to click around way too much just to figure it out, and support took a bit to get back to me. So yeah, not terrible, but definitely not great either

I bought this from shopzimba.com thinking the results would stick around for a decent amount of time. At first, it looked fine for the first few days, so I was like, okay, maybe this is working. But then it basically went right back to how it was before, which was, you know, totally fine and not annoying at all.

The ordering process itself wasn’t terrible or anything, so I’ll give it that. But for the price, I really expected more than a quick short-term change. I’m trying to be chill about it, but the results disappeared way too fast for me to feel like it was worth it.

I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again, to be honest. It just wasn’t really the kind of experience I’d want to repeat...

I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from Zimba. The site just doesn’t give off a very trustworthy vibe, and I couldn’t find enough clear info to feel safe spending my money there. I’d personally rather order from somewhere else than take the risk.

I tried this and it seemed okay, but I was a little confused by the ingredient list. It mentions stuff, but not clearly enough for me to know what’s actually in there or what that one part is supposed to mean. I wish it was laid out better.

The box showed up dented, and the item inside wasn’t really protected well.
